Refund Policy and Support Terms

1. General Refund Conditions

Projects are considered accepted if no feedback is provided within 3 days of delivery. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

Fees related to design, development, customization, or automation are non-refundable, except in cases of clear non-compliance with the agreed offer.

2. Partial Refunds

If a client wishes to cancel a project before delivery, a partial refund may be considered — up to a maximum of 50%, depending on the progress of the work.

Once the website is delivered, no refunds will be granted.

3. Post-Delivery Technical Support

To assist you after delivery, technical support is included with the following plans:

  • Standard : 3 months of support included

  • Premium : 6 months of support included

  • Once the included support period has expired, optional support extensions are available at the following rates:

    • Basique : 100 $/month

    • Standard : 75 $/month

    • Premium : 50 $/month

Support services cover minor modifications, bug fixes, or guidance only.

No feedback or requests will be processed after the included support period unless an additional support plan is subscribed.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be granted in the following cases:

  • Implicit or explicit acceptance of the final delivery

  • Cancellation during or after an active support period

  • Change requests made after final project approval

  • Issues or bugs reported after the support period has expired

5. Refund Process

All refund requests must be submitted via email to info@voltech-agency.com

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

Voltech reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not comply with the conditions outlined in this policy.
